Los Angeles, December 4, 2000 -- Elite.com Inc., a leading developer of Internet-based applications, today announced the release of Worksolv, a new Web-based project management application. The new application provides project team members, subcontractors and clients with anytime, anywhere access to project plans via standard Web browsers and wireless Palm® connection. Worksolv will make its debut at Project World in Anaheim, Calif., December 6-7 (booth #923) in a free preview release.
Via the preview release, customers will have the opportunity to use Worksolv at no charge for up to 12 weeks. The preview release will be available to all customers at no charge through January 31, 2001, while the final release of Worksolv, which includes wireless access for Palm OS devices and an additional 30 days of free trial use, will launch on February 1, 2001. Projects in the preview release will automatically transition into the final release of Worksolv.
Intended for mainstream managers, Worksolv is designed to provide project management capabilities that are easy to use and involve all team members in project planning and measurement. Full integration with Elite.com's time and billing application, Timesolv™, delivers unique capabilities like automatic client invoicing upon achievement of a project milestone. The wide range of uses for which Worksolv is ideal includes software development, new product launch plans, event planning, print design & production, engineering development planning and many other applications.

Pricing & Availability
Worksolv is priced at $19.95/month per user and Timesolv is priced at
$9.95/month per user. The two applications together are priced at
$24.95/month per user. Customers who register for Worksolv prior to
February 1 will not begin to incur charges until March 1, 2001. Those
who register after February 1, 2001 will receive 30 days' free use of
the
application for their entire firm.
