Market-Leading ASPs Join New Jamcracker Innovator Partner Program and Jamcracker ASP/Technology Advisory Council

Cupertino, Calif., December 7, 2000 -- Jamcrackerœ, Inc., the complete web-based workspace, today announced partnerships with eight market-leading ASPs and technology providers. diCarta, Infopop, ITsquare, myCIO, OutPurchase, SkySoft, Talisma and Upshot.com have added their services and technologies to Jamcracker's co-branded solution portfolio, bringing the Company's rapidly-growing ASP and technology ecosystem to 21 partners.

Jamcracker also unveiled two innovative programs to support its partner relationships. The new Innovator Partner Program is designed to provide ASP and technology partners with extensive resources for marketing, selling, integrating and supporting their services as part of the overall Jamcracker offering. The new Jamcracker ASP/Technology Advisory Council is a forum created to directly involve strategic partners in the process of developing Jamcracker's service offerings to continue to address customer needs.

Innovator Partner Program
Innovator Partners are chosen from companies that provide either a best-of-breed service that is incorporated into Jamcracker's offering, or a new technology that is used to build out the core capabilities of the Jamcracker workspace.

Innovator Partner Program members can improve service to their customers by leveraging innovative Jamcracker technology, such as single sign-on and integrated billing, and by offering enhanced 24x7 support through Jamcracker's Service Center. They can also help guide future Jamcracker offerings through participation in the ASP/Technology Advisory Council. Innovator Partner Program members are invited to participate in Jamcracker's channel program, through which they gain immediate access to new sales and marketing opportunities.

ASP/Technology Advisory Council
Jamcracker created the invitation-only ASP/Technology Advisory Council as a forum for its strategic Innovator Partners to meet regularly with key decision makers from JamcrackerÕs support, marketing, operations and engineering organizations. Members will discuss and directly impact future Jamcracker service delivery roadmaps, operational aspects of service delivery and partner marketing programs. The Council will meet quarterly, with its inaugural meeting scheduled to take place during early 2001. Jamcracker will chair the Council.
